A Fellow profile should show a verified role, a real contribution and the learning behind the work—not turn a person into a promotional claim.
No XTF Fellow profiles are published yet. Profiles will appear only after facts, role and publication consent are verified.
A title should identify a real relationship, not manufacture prestige.
What “Fellow” means at XTF.
Fellow is intended as a defined program role for a person undertaking or contributing to work within a confirmed XTF pathway. It is not a general honorific, an automatic result of entering a program or an award that can be assigned without a documented basis.
A program using the role must explain how Fellows are selected, what they are expected to do, what support and responsibilities apply and when the relationship begins and ends. Those terms take precedence over this publication framework.
XTF will not publish sample biographies, invented affiliations or implied endorsements to make this page appear active.

Profiles follow the work.
A person will be added only after XTF has confirmed the relevant program relationship, the person’s contribution, the factual record and permission to publish the selected text and images.
This status does not indicate that a public Fellowship application is open. Confirmed participation routes will appear only on Current opportunities.
01 / Profile record
Show the person, the practice and the context.
A future profile should allow a reader to understand what the person did without overstating the stage or effect of the work.
Program and role
Name the confirmed XTF program, role, relevant period or status and the boundaries of that relationship.
What the work investigates
Describe the meaningful question or need, the people or context it concerns and why the inquiry matters.
What the person was responsible for
Distinguish individual responsibility from team work, mentor input, institutional support and prior work by others.
What can be supported
State methods, observations, prototype stage, sources and limits at the strength the record allows.
What follows from the learning
Explain the next investigation, development route, collaboration or responsible stop without promising a future outcome.

Profile publication requires a complete review of facts, role, context and permission.
Confirm the role.
Verify the program, selection route, responsibilities and status before using “Fellow” in a public profile.
Confirm the contribution.
Check authorship, team roles, sources, affiliations and any institution or person named in the story.
Review the claims.
Match every material claim to the available project evidence and preserve limitations and uncertainty.
Secure informed consent.
Confirm permission for text, images, personal information and distribution, with appropriate protection when young people are involved.
Keep the record current.
Show publication and revision status, provide a correction route and archive a profile responsibly when its context changes.

Visibility is not always the right outcome.
Recognition should not require a person to disclose more than is appropriate for the work.
Participation and publicity are different decisions
A person should be able to understand what will be published and where, and to raise concerns before publication.
Use only necessary information
Profiles should avoid sensitive personal details, precise locations or background information that is not needed to explain the work.
Confirm rights and intended use
Photography and media should identify the subject, creator, permission and channels of use before appearing in a profile.
Apply appropriate safeguards
Age, local requirements, informed permission and the possible future effect of public visibility must be considered.
Provide a clear route
Factual errors, changed permissions and material context should be reviewed promptly and documented where appropriate.
Preserve context without forcing permanence
An archived record should explain its status while respecting updated permissions and protection needs.
A Fellowship is a program relationship, not a claim about a person’s future success.
What a confirmed program must define.
Before the role is offered, participants should be able to understand selection, duration, work expected, support, conduct, review, intellectual-property and publication terms. If the program involves mentoring, facilities, travel, funding or public presentation, those conditions should also be explicit.
Leaving a program, changing direction or deciding that work should stop does not erase useful learning. A profile can document a responsible decision without turning it into failure or success theatre.

Are applications open?
No public XTF Fellowship application is currently listed. Confirmed opportunities will appear on the Get involved page.
Who is an XTF Fellow?
Only a person with a verified Fellow role in a confirmed XTF program. Participation in another event or contact with XTF does not create the title.
Why are there no profiles yet?
XTF will publish people only after role, contribution, claims, image rights and consent have been checked. Empty space is preferable to invented people or overstated work.
Will every Fellow be publicly profiled?
No automatic promise is made. Publication depends on the program, relevance, appropriate consent, privacy and the readiness of the underlying record.
Can a profile be corrected?
Yes. Verified corrections, changed permissions and important context should be reviewed and reflected in the record where appropriate.
Where are project records published?
Verified project profiles will appear in the Portfolio when evidence, stage language and publication permissions are ready.
